Refund Policy

This Refund Policy works together with our Service Cancellation & Termination Policy. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Effective from: 01/10/2025

1. General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted via your client dashboard or by emailing refunds@oxydomain.com or support@oxydomain.com.

  • Include client name/company, order number, service name & reason
  • Requests reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
  • Third-party & gateway charges are non-refundable
  • Outstanding dues may be deducted

2. Domain Services

Domain Registration

Non-refundable once domain is registered or activated.

Exception: Refund only if registration fails due to our technical error (excluding registry fees).

Domain Transfer

  • Refund if transfer fails due to our error
  • No refund for incorrect EPP code, locked domains or client issues
  • Pending transfers may be eligible for partial refund

Domain Renewal

  • 7-day refund window if renewed by mistake from our side
  • No refund for client-requested renewals
  • Multi-year renewals reviewed case-by-case

3. Website Development & Projects

  • Full refund before project start (minus non-recoverable costs)
  • Partial refund if cancelled within 30% completion
  • No refund after 30% project completion
  • Client must pay for completed milestones

4. Monthly Subscriptions & Maintenance

  • 30-day cancellation notice required
  • Prorated refunds for unused full months (if approved)
  • No refund for partially used months

5. SEO & Marketing Services

  • SEO audits: 48-hour refund window if incomplete
  • Monthly SEO: 14-day money-back for first month only
  • No refund based on rankings or traffic results

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Activated domains & completed transfers
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Third-party licenses & premium services
  • Custom development after approval
  • Payment gateway & bank charges

7. Dispute & Review

Disputes must be submitted with evidence to refunds@oxydomain.com. Decisions are final as per this policy and service agreements.
